Pennyrile Soapbox Derby Association – New Track Project
Exciting things are happening in Region 12 in Madisonville, Kentucky! The Pennyrile Soapbox Derby Association (PSDA) is proud to announce plans to build a new soapbox derby track at Madisonville City Park.
This new track will help promote soapbox racing and related events by increasing visibility and engaging youth in our community and surrounding areas. The PSDA Board of Directors is currently working with local engineers and city officials during the pre-planning phase of the project.
We are also reaching out to Derby Nation for input. Our goal is to design a track that racers truly enjoy competing on. If you have suggestions or ideas, please send them to:

Building a new track is a major undertaking, and community support will be essential to making our vision a reality. We are grateful for the generous support we have already received from Hopkins County Tourism and Madisonville City Tourism. However, additional funding will be needed to complete the project.
